Is this compatible with Derpy OS 1.0?
No.
This uses PowerPoint. Derpy OS 1.0 uses Slides. This will not work due to Visual Basic elements used within the PPTM.

Does this include the SDK?
Yes. It is included within "Cow SDK.pptx".
